Bridlington Mayor Christmas Card Competition

Sisters take First and Third place in the Mayor's Christmas card Competition

We had a visit on the 29th November from The Mayor.
Bridlington School children were invited to design a card for The Mayor to use as his official Christmas card for 2017.

There were many entries from all of the local schools and after a panel and The Mayor had judged the entrants, we received a phone call to inform us that Emily Dunn from Class 6 had taken 1st place in the competition.
Emily's design is printed onto cards that will circulate around the globe. She received a certificate, £50 Argos voucher and a Family ticket to The Spa pantomime.

But the story didn't stop there! Hannah Dunn from Class 10 had taken 3rd place in the competition. She received a certificate and a £20 Argos voucher.

What a lovely story to share. Out of all the entrants the Sisters were chosen as winners. Well done girls!
