30 Hours Per Week 

£17,007 (Point 11)  Pro Rata Pay

8.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. (Can be flexible) -  Monday to Friday


Required to join an enthusiastic team to provide administrative support to a busy school office.

Duties are varied and will include:

 Data Input - Pupil Admissions and Personal Records,

Co-ordinating Pupil Lunchtime Arrangements, Balancing Monies,

Communications, ie updating the School Website and Social Media,

Photocopying, Word Processing, and other administrative tasks.

This is a varied position and we are seeking applications from organised, enthusiastic administrators, with a flexible approach, who enjoy a challenge and who are committed to providing a quality service.  You must have a good standard of education and excellent keyboard skills.  Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.  A high level of customer service is also required.  Teamwork plays a vital role as does the ability to work on your own initiative and to adapt to a changing environment.

The role of the governing board is a strategic one with three key functions:

Overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure the money is well spent.

Holding the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils 

Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
